John & Tiffany Jou
John is the lead church planter of One Six Eight Community Church. John and Tiffany have a heart for the unchurched, and multiplying gospel centered and multi-ethnic churches. They have three kids, Lucas (5) and Evan (2) and Sophie (1).

Carl & Liz Fisher
Carl is the associate church planter of One Six Eight Community Church. Carl and Liz oversee the Family Ministry. Carl and Liz champion the One Six Eight DNA and they will be sent out to plant a new church. They have three kids, Kaia (11), Lyla (9) and Trey (6).
