Frequently Asked Questions

  • How does registration work?

Each service allows for 50 people. Each person/group will need to register prior to attending services. Registration for you, your group, or your kid(s) will open on Sunday at 5:00pm the Sunday prior.

  • What times are you gathering?

Our services will be at 2:00pm and 3:30pm.

  • What’s the launch location address?

2129 63rd Street, Downers Grove, IL 60515. Continue to check our website and socials in the coming weeks to better see how we will transform the space.

  • What’s Live Stream Sunday/Online Only?

As our team transitions to in-person and live stream services, February 21 will be used to ensure that our live stream is displaying optimally. We want to serve those who are choosing to stay home with the best possible stream. All services on February 21 will be exclusively online.

  • What’s a preview service?

A preview service is commonly known as a “soft opening” or “friends and family day.” We will have host teams ready to welcome you, a worship band ready to lead you, 168 Kid’s ministry to help your kids pursue Jesus, and a sermon to encourage and challenge you. This Sunday is a great Sunday to check out the church before our official launch.

  • What’s Launch Sunday?

Launch day is when 168 officially begins as a church! Just like our preview service, we will have host, worship and kids teams ready to serve you.

  • Can I bring someone with me?

Of course! Please make sure to register the person you are inviting when you sign up.

  • Is 168 following COVID safety guidelines?

Yes. We are asking all attendees to wear a face covering, socially distance, and follow state guidelines.
